CPA Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager responsible for managing the accounting staff and overseeing corporate accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure transactions comply with U.S. GAAP and internal controls
• Oversee intercompany transactions, segment reporting, and compliance with regulations
• Prepare and present financial reports and collaborate across departments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 4 years of accounting experience, including 2 years in a leadership role
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification
• Experience in corporate consolidations with international operations
• SAP system experience, preferably S4 Hana
