CPA Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to oversee equity accounting and support technical accounting needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the equity accounting subject matter expert, ensuring compliance with US GAAP for all equity transactions
• Own month-end close responsibilities for fixed and intangible assets, ensuring timely reporting
• Drive process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance accounting operations

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in audit
• Active CPA certification
• Deep experience in technical accounting areas, particularly equity and stock-based compensation
• Strong analytical skills and ability to draft clear accounting memos
• Experience with automation and system enhancements in accounting processes
