CPA Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to lead accounting for investment companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage investment company accounting and financial reporting in accordance with ASC 946
• Collaborate with third-party fund accounting consultants and valuation firms to ensure accurate reporting and valuations
• Support annual audits and manage daily treasury activities

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of accounting experience with investments, particularly Level 3 investments under ASC 820
• Experience with full-cycle fund close and accounting for multiple entities
• Strong analytical skills, particularly with large datasets and Excel
• Independent thinker with a history of working cross-functionally
• Proven experience in supporting a strong internal control environment
