CPA Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to join their finance team and oversee key accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end monthly close process and oversee general ledger activities
• Ensure accurate financial reporting in accordance with GAAP and integrate newly acquired companies
• Drive improvements in accounting workflows and ERP systems, and mentor team members

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Experience in a SaaS company, particularly with subscription revenue
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and experience managing the full monthly close cycle
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems
• A systems thinker with a focus on process improvement in a high-growth environment
