CPA Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager/Senior Accounting Manager Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the month-end close process, including financial statement preparation and account reconciliations
• Manage accounts payable, expense reports, and cash management activities
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and FASB guidelines and coordinate tax payments with external professionals

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of combined public accounting and/or industry experience, with at least 3 years in a management role
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; CPA preferred
• Expertise in current technical accounting issues
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Startup or technology company experience preferred
