CPA Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to oversee accounting operations and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and timely financial reporting
• Prepare financial statements and management reports while providing insights to senior leadership
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff, improving systems and workflows for operational effectiveness

Qualifications

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with prior supervisory or managerial experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial reporting standards
• Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment is preferred
