CPA Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to oversee accounting activities and collaborate with finance and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the customer invoicing process, including invoice creation, collections, and cash application
• Leverage automation and AI to enhance month-end close processes and reduce manual effort
• Oversee general accounting functions, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting

Required Qualifications:

• Valid CPA license with a minimum of 5 years of accounting experience (public or private)
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, particularly Lease Accounting (ASC 842)
• Experience in fleet management, charging management, electric vehicles, or clean energy is preferred
• Advanced Excel skills, including building pivot tables and data analysis
• Experience with cloud accounting, preferably Oracle NetSuite
