CPA Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure dual coverage of all functions
• Oversee accounting policies, financial systems, and ensure compliance with regulations
• Develop and present monthly management reporting packages and financial insights

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Sound understanding of US GAAP and financial consolidation processes
• Experience with NetSuite and M&A transactions
• Strong supervisory and organizational skills
• Self-starting personality with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities
