CPA Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager for a contract role.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed analysis and accounting for complex financial transactions
• Prepare and post journal entries and complete comprehensive account reconciliations
• Manage property, plant, and equipment accounting, including asset additions and disposals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting with strong financial accounting knowledge required
• CPA or CMA designation preferred
• 5+ years of progressive experience in financial accounting, preferably within a manufacturing environment
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with JD Edwards (JDE) ERP accounting modules
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
