CPA Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Corporate Accounting & Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and operate key areas of the general ledger, including compensation, leases, accruals, and consolidation
• Drive execution of the month-end close and internal reporting, ensuring timely completion of deliverables
• Lead audit and controls execution, maintaining internal controls and supporting audit coordination

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA required
• 5-8 years of progressive accounting experience, including external audit and operational accounting in a public company
• Prior people management experience (1-2+ years)
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal controls (SOX)
• Experience with large ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, NetSuite)
