CPA Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to drive financial performance and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly and annual close process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
• Maintain the general ledger and develop accounting processes to strengthen financial operations
• Supervise and mentor the accounting team while managing invoicing, accounts receivable, and payroll

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Strong technical knowledge of GAAP and month-end close processes
• Proficiency with Sage Intacct and advanced Excel skills
• Proven experience in leading or managing team members
• Ability to perform ad hoc analysis and reporting
