CPA Accounting Manager

Job Summary

Partnering with clients to solve complex financial accounting and reporting challenges, the full-time Senior Associate to Manager, Accounting, Reporting & Technology will leverage technology-enabled tools and data-driven insights to enhance decision-making and streamline processes in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Research, analyze, and resolve complex technical accounting and financial reporting matters
• Partner with clients to assess accounting impacts and reporting implications related to their business processes and systems
• Provide pre- and post-transaction accounting support for acquisitions, IPOs, and other capital markets activities

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in professional services, public accounting, or corporate accounting
• Active CPA license or progress toward certification
• Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with large data sets and automation tools
