CPA Accounting Manager

Job Summary

Leading the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, the full-time remote CPA Accounting Manager will prepare and review complex journal entries, ensure compliance with US GAAP, and provide technical accounting guidance to junior staff.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the close process across multiple entities
• Prepare and review complex journal entries and account reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and assist in the development of SOX controls

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA or equivalent certification preferred
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting standards
