CPA Accounting Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing finance team, the full-time salaried Accounting Manager will manage the month-end close process, focusing on cost of revenue accounting and vendor spend analysis, while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the monthly close process for cost of revenue and hosting expenses, including journal entry reviews and account reconciliations
• Collaborate with Messaging Operations and Engineering to ensure proper accounting treatment of vendor spend and resolve discrepancies
• Identify accounting risks and process gaps, while supporting year-end audit preparations and evaluating the accounting impact of new contracts

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting with CPA required
• 6+ years of accounting experience in private industry and public accounting
• Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and US GAAP
• Experience in high-growth technology or SaaS environments preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Netsuite and Floqast is a plus
