CPA Accounting Manager

Job Summary

To support a high-growth, private equity-backed SaaS organization, the remote Accounting Manager will oversee month-end close processes, manage financial reporting, and lead a team of senior accountants while ensuring compliance with US GAAP.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the month-end close process, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of financial information
• Prepare and review consolidated monthly financial statements and management reports
• Mentor and develop a small team of senior accountants, driving process improvements and automation initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA required
• 4 to 5 years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting and industry experience
• SaaS industry and private equity-backed experience required
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP with experience in month-end close and multi-entity reporting environments
