CPA Accounting Manager

Job Summary

Owning the corporate overhead and HoldCo close, the full-time remote CPA Accounting Manager will manage month-end close processes, intercompany accounting, and payroll settlement while building a controlled, audit-ready accounting structure for a growing multi-entity finance function.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full monthly close for the corporate overhead and HoldCo entity, ensuring accurate journal entries and expense allocations
• Manage intercompany accounting for trade, debt, and shared expenses, including reconciliation and elimination entries
• Handle payroll accounting and employee expense reimbursements, ensuring timely settlements and reconciliations

Required qualifications

• CPA required, or actively pursuing
• 5-8 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a multi-entity or corporate environment
• Strong technical accounting knowledge in intercompany, consolidation, debt accounting, and expense management
• Experience with ERP systems
• Experience in a public company environment is beneficial
