CPA Accounting Manager

Job Summary

Leading a dynamic accounting team, the full-time remote CPA Accounting Manager will manage month-end close processes, ensure compliance with US GAAP and SOX, and drive continuous improvement initiatives while collaborating cross-functionally with various teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead month-end close processes, including reviewing journal entries and conducting fluctuation analyses
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP standards and SOX controls while preparing schedules for financial reporting
• Identify and implement process improvements in accounting operations and mentor team members

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in accounting, including public accounting experience
• Active CPA certification or local equivalent
• Prior management experience in an accounting role
• Experience with large ERP systems such as Workday Finance or Oracle
• Solid understanding of US GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance
