CPA Accounting Manager

Job Summary

Leading the General Ledger accounting function, the full-time salaried Accounting Manager will oversee month-end close activities, manage corporate card and expense processes, and ensure compliance while working in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead month-end close activities for cash, spend and expense, corporate card, accrual, and prepaid workstreams, ensuring journal entries are accurate and timely
• Oversee the prepaid expense lifecycle and review monthly accruals for completeness and accuracy, driving timely adjustments and issue resolution
• Manage team member(s) by setting expectations, reviewing work, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 5+ years of experience in General Ledger accounting or financial statement audit, including at least 1 year in a management or lead role
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including lookups, Pivot Tables, and working with large data sets
• Practical experience with NetSuite or a similar ERP system
• CPA is strongly preferred, along with experience at a large public accounting firm
