CPA Accounting Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing finance team, the full-time Accounting Manager will oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ensure the accuracy of financial reporting, and manage audit and compliance activities in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process, ensuring timely and accurate GAAP-compliant financial statements
• Prepare and deliver monthly financial statements while analyzing variances and supporting annual budgeting and forecasting
• Serve as the primary liaison for external auditors and design internal controls to ensure compliance with GAAP and regulations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred; Finance or related field considered
• Active CPA license required
• Minimum of 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Prior public accounting or audit experience preferred
• Experience with ERP systems and financial tools required
