CPA Accounting Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated full-time Accounting Manager, Technical Accounting & Financial Reporting to manage the monthly close processes, prepare technical accounting analyses, and support financial statement audits in a hybrid or remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support and lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP
- Research and implement technical accounting guidance, preparing memos and maintaining accounting policies
- Prepare financial statements and audit-ready workpapers while coordinating with external auditors
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- CPA required or actively pursuing CPA
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting and/or high-growth technology companies
- Strong technical accounting knowledge under U.S. GAAP
- Experience supporting financial statement audits and preparing technical accounting documentation
