Job Summary
Leading core accounting operations, the full-time Accounting Manager will ensure the integrity of financial data, guide a small team, and manage the month-end and year-end close processes while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting
- Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering growth and accountability while addressing complex accounting queries
- Collaborate with finance leadership and operations to align reporting with business needs and improve overall financial processes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 5+ years of accounting experience, including leadership or supervisory roles
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting practices
- CPA certification strongly preferred
- Experience with enterprise accounting systems, with Workday experience being a plus
