CPA Accounting Manager
Job Summary
To support a growth-driven organization, the full-time Accounting Manager/Director will manage month-end close processes, financial statement preparation, and process improvements with a focus on AI and Robotics Process Automation while working primarily remotely with occasional in-office meetings.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee month-end close, financial reporting, and consolidations
- Implement process improvements and automation initiatives
- Develop and mentor the accounting team while collaborating with major stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- CPA certification
- At least 5 years of accounting experience, including 1 year in a managerial role
- Experience in public accounting or audit preferred
- Familiarity with NetSuite, Workday, or Oracle is a plus
