CPA Accounting Manager

Job Summary

To oversee general accounting operations for multiple asset-managed portfolios, the full-time remote Accounting Manager will manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities, ensuring compliance with US GAAP while liaising with external auditors and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and oversee accounting processes to maintain the general ledger in compliance with US GAAP
• Liaise with external auditors and service providers to facilitate financial statement audits and tax compliance
• Manage the completion of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities for timely financial reporting

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with an accounting concentration
• 6+ years of financial accounting experience or auditing, preferably with a Big4 accounting firm
• CPA certification
• Ability to manage, develop, lead, and evaluate other accounting team members
• Experience in defining and establishing accounting processes for newly onboarded portfolios
