CPA Accounting Manager
Job Summary
Leading the company's global financial consolidation and reporting processes, the hybrid CPA Accounting Manager will ensure timely and compliant financial statements in accordance with US GAAP while collaborating with regional accounting teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the global monthly close and consolidation process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Prepare and review consolidated financial statements, performing variance analysis in partnership with regional teams
- Lead and develop the financial reporting and consolidation team, fostering accountability and high performance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting and CPA certification
- 7 years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting and team management
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and global financial reporting requirements
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a global, matrixed environment
- Experience with financial consolidation and reporting systems, such as Workday or Office Connect
