CPA Accounting Manager
Job Summary
To support the organization's financial operations, the full-time salaried CPA Accounting Manager will manage day-to-day accounting tasks, oversee financial reporting, ensure compliance with GAAP, and lead the accounting team, with a focus on data analysis and automation in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review financial statements and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP
- Own the month-end close process, including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Lead the design and maintenance of internal controls and support audit readiness
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA required
- 5-7 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a management role
- Experience in a multi-entity and multi-currency environment
- Proficiency in NetSuite or comparable ERP systems and advanced Excel
- Demonstrated experience with AI tools in finance or accounting workflows
