CPA Accounting Operations Manager

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and proactive, the full-time remote CPA Accounting Operations Manager will manage the endorsements process, drive automation initiatives, and leverage AI tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy across accounting operations while supporting month-end and year-end close processes.

Key responsibilities

• Own the endorsements process end-to-end, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and audit readiness
• Drive automation and process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy across accounting operations
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, including journal entry preparation and posting

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA or other relevant certification preferred
• 8+ years of experience in accounting
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and general accounting principles
• Familiarity with AI tools and platforms, including Anthropic Claude and OpenAI ChatGPT
