CPA Accounting Vendor Analyst

Job Summary

To support financial operations, the full-time Accounting Vendor Analyst will assess incoming data from risk adjustment vendors, calculate financial penalties based on contractual performance, and assist with contract negotiations through cost analysis and budget forecasting in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and improve methods for validating and organizing vendor data using VBA
• Review and validate invoice submissions to ensure compliance with contracts
• Perform financial analyses and true-up assessments at the conclusion of vendor projects

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in accounting
• CPA certification preferred
• Knowledge of accounting entries and month-end close processes
• Experience with Excel and VBA programming is a plus
