CPA Associate Director of Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Accounting & Finance (Remote Operations & Service Line Lead).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee execution across all Accounting & Finance service lines, ensuring defined scope, timelines, and appropriate staffing
• Manage end-to-end project delivery, including scope definition, planning, and risk identification
• Own capacity planning and resource management, aligning team skills with client priorities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience
• 10-12+ years of progressive experience in accounting/finance
• Proven experience operating at a Controller level or equivalent
• Demonstrated success managing multi-service line or multi-client delivery environments
• Strong project management and operational leadership experience
