CPA Associate Director of Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Accounting & Finance (Remote Operations & Service Line Lead).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee execution across all service lines, ensuring defined scope, timelines, and appropriate staffing
• Own end-to-end delivery across the client portfolio, implementing structured project management practices
• Manage team operations and resource allocation, monitoring performance and resolving competing priorities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience
• 10-12+ years of progressive experience in accounting/finance
• Proven experience operating at a Controller level or equivalent
• Demonstrated success in managing multi-service line or multi-client delivery environments
• Strong project management and operational leadership experience
