Job Summary
To support the Healthcare Practice Group, the full-time salaried CPA Audit Senior will manage client engagements from planning to completion, focusing on audits for healthcare clients while working remotely or from one of the New England offices.
Key responsibilities
- Perform client audits, reviews, and compilations, ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines
- Develop relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction and provide recommendations for business improvements
- Supervise and mentor associates and interns, assessing their performance during engagements
Required qualifications
- BS/MS degree in Accounting or a related field
- 3+ years of progressive public accounting experience
- CPA certification or a desire to obtain it with firm support
- Strong analytical and technical auditing skills
- Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment
