CPA Audit Senior

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare practice, the full-time CPA Audit Senior will manage client engagements from planning to completion, focusing on audits and reviews for senior living and hospital clients, with the flexibility to work remotely or from one of the New England offices.

Key responsibilities

• Perform client engagements, including planning, executing, and completing financial audits while managing budgets
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to enhance satisfaction and provide business improvement recommendations
• Supervise and mentor associates and interns on the audit process, assessing their performance during engagement reviews

Required qualifications

• BS/MS degree in Accounting or a related field
• 3+ years of progressive public accounting experience
• CPA certification or a desire to obtain CPA with firm support
• Strong analytical, technical, and auditing skills
• Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment
