CPA Audit Senior - Healthcare

Job Summary

To support a growing Healthcare Practice Group, the full-time salaried CPA Audit Senior - Healthcare will manage client engagements from planning to completion, focusing on audits for healthcare clients, and may work remotely or from one of the New England offices.

Key responsibilities

• Perform client engagements, including planning, executing, and directing financial audits while managing budgets
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and provide recommendations for business improvements
• Supervise and mentor associates and interns, assessing their performance during engagements

Required qualifications

• BS/MS degree in Accounting or related field
• 3+ years of progressive public accounting experience
• CPA certification or a commitment to obtain CPA with firm support
• Strong analytical and technical auditing skills
• Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced team environment
