CPA Audit Senior - Healthcare

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare practice, the full-time salaried CPA Audit Senior - Healthcare will perform audits, reviews, and compilations for clients in senior living and hospitals, while managing client engagements from start to finish and working remotely or from one of the New England offices.

Key responsibilities

• Perform client engagements, including planning, executing, and completing financial audits while managing budgets
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction and provide recommendations for business improvements
• Supervise, train, and mentor associates and interns on the audit process while actively participating in audit meetings

Required qualifications

• BS/MS degree in Accounting or a related field
• 3+ years of progressive public accounting experience
• CPA certification or a desire to obtain CPA with firm support
• Strong analytical, technical, and auditing skills
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and priorities in a fast-paced environment
