CPA Audit Senior - Healthcare

Job Summary

To support a growing Healthcare Practice Group, the full-time salaried CPA Audit Senior - Healthcare will manage client engagements from planning to completion, focusing on audits for healthcare clients, and can work remotely or from one of the New England offices.

Key responsibilities

• Perform client engagements by planning, executing, directing, and completing financial audits while managing to budget
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing recommendations for business and process improvements
• Supervise, train, and mentor associates and interns on the audit process, assessing their performance during engagements

Required qualifications

• BS/MS degree in Accounting or related field
• 3+ years of progressive public accounting experience
• CPA certification or a desire to obtain CPA with firm support
• Strong analytical, technical, and auditing skills
• Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment
