CPA Audit Senior - Healthcare

Job Summary

Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented CPA Audit Senior - Healthcare, this full-time position can be performed remotely or from one of the New England offices and focuses on conducting audits, reviews, and compilations for healthcare clients, particularly in senior living and hospital sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client engagements from planning through execution and completion of financial audits while adhering to budget constraints
• Develop strong client relationships and provide recommendations for business process improvements based on audit findings
• Supervise, train, and mentor associates and interns, assessing their performance during engagement reviews

Required qualifications

• BS/MS degree in Accounting or a related field
• 3+ years of progressive public accounting experience
• CPA certification or a commitment to obtain CPA with firm support
• Strong analytical and technical auditing skills
• Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment
