CPA Audit Senior - Healthcare

Job Summary

To support a growing Healthcare Practice Group, the full-time salaried CPA Audit Senior - Healthcare will manage client engagements from planning to completion, focusing on audits and reviews for healthcare clients, with the option to work remotely or from New England offices.

Key responsibilities

• Perform client engagements, including planning, executing, and completing financial audits while managing budgets
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing recommendations for business and process improvements
• Supervise, train, and mentor associates and interns on the audit process, assessing their performance during engagement reviews

Required qualifications

• BS/MS degree in Accounting or related field
• 3+ years of progressive public accounting experience
• CPA certification or a desire to obtain CPA with firm support
• Excellent analytical and auditing skills
• Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment
