CPA Audit Senior - Healthcare

Job Summary

To support a growing Healthcare Practice Group, the full-time salaried CPA Audit Senior - Healthcare will manage client engagements from planning to completion, conduct audits for healthcare clients, and develop recommendations for process improvements, with the option to work remotely or from New England offices.

Key responsibilities

• Perform and oversee financial audits, ensuring adherence to budget and timelines
• Develop strong client relationships and provide insights for business improvements
• Supervise and mentor associates and interns throughout the audit process

Required qualifications

• BS/MS degree in Accounting or a related field
• 3+ years of progressive public accounting experience
• CPA certification or a commitment to obtain CPA with firm support
• Strong analytical and technical auditing skills
• Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment
