To support a growing healthcare practice, the full-time salaried CPA Audit Senior - Healthcare will manage client engagements from planning to completion, conduct audits for healthcare clients, and supervise and mentor junior staff, with options for remote work or office-based roles in New England.

Key responsibilities

• Perform audits, reviews, and compilations for healthcare clients, ensuring compliance with regulations
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships while providing recommendations for business improvements
• Supervise and mentor associates and interns, assessing their performance during engagements

Required qualifications

• BS/MS degree in Accounting or a related field
• 3+ years of progressive public accounting experience
• CPA certification or a commitment to obtain it with firm support
• Strong analytical and auditing skills, with a thorough understanding of relevant rules and standards
• Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment
