CPA Audit Senior - Healthcare

Job Summary

To support a growing Healthcare Practice Group, the full-time salaried CPA Audit Senior - Healthcare will manage client engagements from planning to completion, conduct audits for healthcare clients, and supervise and mentor junior staff, with the option to work remotely or from one of the New England offices.

Key responsibilities

• Perform client engagements including planning, executing, and completing financial audits while managing budgets
• Research and analyze financial statements and audit issues using electronic databases and audit software
• Supervise, train, and mentor associates and interns, assessing their performance during engagement reviews

Required qualifications

• BS/MS degree in Accounting or related field
• 3+ years of progressive public accounting experience
• CPA certification or a desire to obtain CPA with firm support
• Strong analytical, technical, and auditing skills
• Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment
