CPA Audit Senior - Healthcare

Job Summary

To support a growing Healthcare Practice Group, the full-time salaried CPA Audit Senior - Healthcare will perform audits, reviews, and compilations for healthcare clients, while managing engagements from start to finish, either from one of the New England offices or remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Perform client engagements, including planning, executing, and completing financial audits while managing to budget
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing recommendations for business and process improvements
• Supervise, train, and mentor associates and interns on the audit process, assessing their performance during engagement reviews

Required qualifications

• BS/MS degree in Accounting or related field
• 3+ years of progressive public accounting experience
• CPA certification or a desire to obtain CPA with firm support
• Strong analytical, technical, and auditing skills
• Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment
