CPA Audit Senior - Healthcare

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare practice, the full-time salaried CPA Audit Senior - Healthcare will manage client engagements from planning to completion, focusing on audits and reviews for healthcare clients, while working either remotely or from one of the New England offices.

Key responsibilities

• Perform client engagements, including planning, executing, and completing financial audits while managing to budget
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to enhance satisfaction and provide business process improvement recommendations
• Supervise, train, and mentor associates and interns on the audit process while actively participating in audit team meetings

Required qualifications

• BS/MS degree in Accounting or a related field
• 3+ years of progressive public accounting experience
• CPA certification or a desire to obtain CPA with firm support
• Strong analytical, technical, and auditing skills
• Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment
