CPA Audit Senior - Healthcare

Job Summary

Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented CPA Audit Senior - Healthcare, this full-time position, which can be remote or based in New England offices, will manage client engagements from planning to completion, focusing on audits for healthcare clients, particularly in senior living and hospitals.

Key responsibilities

• Perform client engagements, including planning, executing, and completing financial audits while managing to budget
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and provide recommendations for business and process improvements
• Supervise, train, and mentor associates and interns on the audit process, assessing their performance during engagement reviews

Required qualifications

• BS/MS degree in Accounting or related field
• 3+ years of progressive public accounting experience
• CPA or a desire to obtain CPA with firm support
• Excellent analytical and auditing skills, with the ability to manage multiple engagements
• Desire to become an industry subject matter expert and business advisor to clients
