Job Summary

Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Audit Senior - Healthcare, this full-time position, available remotely or in New England offices, will manage client engagements from planning to completion, focusing on audits for healthcare clients, particularly in senior living and hospitals.

Key responsibilities

• Perform and oversee financial audits, ensuring compliance and managing budgets
• Develop client relationships and provide recommendations for business improvements
• Supervise and mentor associates and interns while participating in audit planning and closing meetings

Required qualifications

• BS/MS degree in Accounting or related field
• 3+ years of progressive public accounting experience
• CPA or a desire to obtain CPA with firm support
• Strong analytical and auditing skills with knowledge of relevant regulations
• Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment
