Job Summary

Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented CPA Audit Senior - Healthcare, this full-time position will manage client engagements from planning to completion, focusing on audits for healthcare clients, and offers the flexibility of working remotely or from one of the New England offices.

Key responsibilities

• Perform client engagements, including planning, executing, and completing financial audits while managing to budget
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to enhance satisfaction and provide recommendations for business improvements
• Supervise and mentor associates and interns, assessing their performance during engagement reviews

Required qualifications

• BS/MS degree in Accounting or related field
• 3+ years of progressive public accounting experience
• CPA certification or a desire to obtain CPA with firm support
• Strong analytical, technical, and auditing skills
• Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment
