Job Summary

Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented CPA Audit Senior - Healthcare, this full-time position offers the opportunity to conduct audits, reviews, and compilations for healthcare clients, with the flexibility to work remotely or from one of the New England offices.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client engagements from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to budget and timelines
• Develop strong relationships with clients and provide recommendations for business and process improvements
• Supervise and mentor associates and interns, while actively participating in audit meetings and professional development

Required qualifications

• BS/MS degree in Accounting or a related field
• 3+ years of progressive public accounting experience
• CPA certification or a commitment to obtain it with firm support
• Strong analytical and auditing skills, with the ability to manage multiple engagements
• Desire to become a subject matter expert and business advisor in the healthcare industry
