CPA Audit Senior - Healthcare

Job Summary

Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Audit Senior - Healthcare, this full-time position can be performed remotely or from one of the New England offices, focusing on conducting audits, reviews, and compilations for healthcare clients, particularly in senior living and hospitals.

Key responsibilities

• Perform client engagements from planning to completion, managing financial audits within budget
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships while providing recommendations for business improvements
• Supervise, train, and mentor associates and interns on the audit process and assess their performance

Required qualifications

• BS/MS degree in Accounting or related field
• 3+ years of progressive public accounting experience
• CPA or a desire to obtain CPA with firm support
• Strong analytical, technical, and auditing skills
• Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment
