Job Summary

Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented CPA Audit Senior - Healthcare, this full-time position, which can be remote or based in New England offices, will manage client engagements, conduct audits for healthcare clients, and mentor junior staff while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform client engagements from planning to completion, managing budgets and timelines
• Research and analyze financial statements and audit-related issues to resolve client concerns
• Supervise and mentor associates and interns, fostering their professional development

Required qualifications

• BS/MS degree in Accounting or a related field
• 3+ years of progressive public accounting experience
• CPA certification or a commitment to obtain CPA with firm support
• Strong analytical and technical auditing skills
• Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced team environment
