Job Summary

Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented CPA Audit Senior - Healthcare, this full-time position offers the opportunity to manage client engagements from planning to completion, focusing on audits for healthcare clients, and can be performed remotely or from New England offices.

Key responsibilities

• Perform client engagements, including planning, executing, and completing financial audits while managing to budget
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and communicate recommendations for business improvements
• Supervise and mentor associates and interns, while actively participating in audit team meetings

Required qualifications

• BS/MS degree in Accounting or related field
• 3+ years of public accounting experience
• CPA certification or a commitment to obtain CPA with firm support
• Strong analytical and auditing skills, with the ability to manage multiple engagements
• A desire to become a subject matter expert and business advisor in the healthcare industry
