CPA Audit Senior - Healthcare

Job Summary

To support a growing Healthcare Practice Group, the full-time salaried CPA Audit Senior - Healthcare will perform audits, reviews, and compilations for healthcare clients, while managing client engagements from planning to completion, either remotely or from New England offices.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client engagements, including planning, executing, and completing financial audits within budget
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to enhance satisfaction and provide recommendations for business improvements
• Supervise and mentor associates and interns, assessing their performance during engagements

Required qualifications

• BS/MS degree in Accounting or related field
• 3+ years of progressive public accounting experience
• CPA certification or a desire to obtain CPA with firm support
• Strong analytical, technical, and auditing skills
• Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment
