Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare practice, the full-time salaried CPA Audit Senior - Healthcare will manage client engagements from planning to completion, conduct financial audits, and supervise junior staff, with the option to work remotely or from New England offices.

Key responsibilities

• Perform client engagements, including planning, executing, and completing financial audits while managing budgets
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and provide recommendations for business improvements
• Supervise, train, and mentor associates and interns on audit processes and assess their performance

Required qualifications

• BS/MS degree in Accounting or a related field
• 3+ years of progressive public accounting experience
• CPA certification or a desire to obtain CPA with firm support
• Strong analytical, technical, and auditing skills
• Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment
